Prenatal Checkups
We provide prenatal checkups from early to mid-pregnancy, and Shinagawa Ward prenatal checkup vouchers can be used here. Ultrasound scans let us follow your baby's growth while we look after your own health.
Morning Sickness
If nausea and vomiting in early pregnancy are hard to bear, please do not put up with it on your own. If you cannot keep fluids down, or you have been losing weight, you should be seen promptly.
Gynecology
Menstrual Problems
Pain that painkillers do not touch, irregular cycles, heavy bleeding, PMS. Problems around your period can be treated.
Mirena (Hormonal IUS)
A hormonal intrauterine system that reduces heavy periods and menstrual pain and provides contraception for up to five years.
Birth Control Pills
We prescribe low-dose pills for contraception, insurance-covered pills for menstrual disorders, emergency contraception, and pills to shift the timing of your period.
Emergency Contraception
Emergency contraceptive pills work best when taken as soon as possible, and within 72 hours. We dispense them in-house on the day, and minors can be seen without a consent form.
Menopause Clinic
We treat the symptoms that come with falling female hormone levels in your late 40s and 50s, using HRT, Kampo medicine and placenta injections.
Fertility Care
For those hoping to conceive: timed intercourse guidance, ovulation induction, and hormone tests including AMH. Support for your first step in fertility treatment.
GSM (Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause)
Vaginal dryness, itching, pain during sex and repeated cystitis after menopause can all come from the same hormonal change. We treat them together rather than one by one.
Painful Intercourse
We look for the cause of pain during intercourse - dryness, atrophy, tension or a gynecological condition - and treat it with lubricants, vaginal tablets or hormone therapy.
Uterine Fibroids & Ovarian Cysts
We follow benign gynecological conditions such as uterine fibroids, endometriosis and ovarian cysts with ultrasound and regular monitoring, and arrange surgery with a partner hospital when it is needed.
HPV Vaccination
A vaccine that prevents infection with HPV, the virus that causes cervical cancer. We offer both routine (publicly funded) and catch-up vaccination.

Shinagawa Ward Cervical Cancer Screening
We carry out Shinagawa Ward's cervical cancer screening. Women aged 20 and over can be screened once every two years with ward funding.
Vaccinations
Measles-rubella (MR), rubella, influenza, pneumococcal, shingles, varicella and pertussis vaccines. We can also advise on timing if you are planning a pregnancy.
Preconception Check (Bridal Check)
Blood tests, transvaginal ultrasound and AMH for those thinking about pregnancy, with advice from a perinatal specialist. Tokyo's subsidy scheme can be used here.
STD Screening
Screening for chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV, syphilis and HPV. You can be tested even without symptoms, and we handle it with privacy in mind.
Women's Health Check & Menopause Check
A check-up designed around conditions specific to women - the uterus and ovaries, hormones and bone density - so that changes are found early.
Online Consultation
Pills, menopause, infertility and other gynecological consultations can be done from home on your phone. Booking takes about three minutes.

from the Director
What led me to become an obstetrician-gynecologist was a documentary on childbirth I watched in class as a high school student, which drew me in and moved me in a way I did not expect.
I also had menstrual problems of my own from my teens, and was looked after by gynecologists myself.
That is exactly why I want to be a doctor who stays with women through every stage of life, and who can help when something is troubling them.
Of everything I have done as an obstetrician-gynecologist, fertility care is the field that has drawn me in most, and I have cared for many patients, from general fertility treatment through advanced reproductive medicine.
Some have gone on to conceive and give birth; others, after doing everything we could, have made the decision to stop.
Medicine today has its limits, and we cannot give every patient the result they hoped for.
Even so, by taking care over every consultation and keeping up with the latest evidence, I want this to be a clinic where you feel glad you came and talked to us.
In Hatanodai, a neighborhood with real warmth to it, I hope we can become a clinic that local people are fond of and can turn to easily, whenever they need us.

Japanese Health Insurance
If you have Japanese health insurance, you can receive insured medical services. To ensure proper and accurate treatment, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the following policies.
1. Services Not Covered by Insurance
The following services are not covered under Japanese health insurance:
- Contraceptive services
- Pregnancy-related care
- Vaccinations
- Routine health checkups without symptoms
2. Interpretation and Translation Services
According to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW), interpretation and translation services are considered "non-medical services" and are not included in health insurance coverage. Patients are responsible for these additional costs.

Regarding English Consultation Fees:¥2,200円
For patients with Japanese health insurance who require English consultations due to unfamiliarity with Japanese medical terminology, the following fees apply:
- Initial consultation: ¥3,300 (tax included)
- Follow-up consultation: ¥1,650 (tax included)
The classification of initial and follow-up visits follows the standards set by the Japanese health insurance system.
3. Time Limits for Consultations
To ensure fair and efficient care for all patients, consultation times are limited as follows:
- Initial consultation: up to 15 minutes
- Follow-up consultation: up to 10 minutes
